In other words, it is a tangible object that can not change the location in the space without losing its nature.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is a property?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">As mentioned, the properties are the properties that a person or entity can possess. These properties constitute their heritage. One of the major classifications of the assets focus on movable or immovable:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Movable property:<\/strong> those tangible objects that can be moved from one location to another.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Real estate:<\/strong> those tangible objects that you can&#039;t move in the space without losing its essence. Here are also included land, houses, buildings, farms, garages, fences, utility systems, etc<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Types of real estate:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>By nature:<\/strong> this includes originating goods as: land, quarries, mines, and living waters or stagnant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>By incorporation:<\/strong> here you will find all the heritages that are incorporated to the originating as:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Constructions adhered to the soil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trees, plants and fruits that are derived from them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilities that adhere to the property stare (sanitary facilities, pipelines, etc).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Destination:<\/strong> this includes any property which the owner occupies at the service of the property. You can try to decorative items such as sculptures and statues, that can be placed in the house to put them together permanently.
